The flag of the Lango Kingdom in Uganda has 3 horizontal bands of blue over
white over blue, with a white disc in the centre overlapping onto the blue
bands. The disc is about the same height as the disc in the
Busoga flag.
In the centre of the disc is a black rhino, facing towards the hoist.
